The Challenge
UpKeep Co is a property maintenance business on the Gold Coast. They handle everything from lawn mowing and pressure washing to minor repairs and property inspections. The business was growing through referrals, but the owner wanted to scale beyond word-of-mouth — especially for property managers and real estate agents who manage multiple properties and need reliable, consistent service.
Without a website, they had no way to showcase their range of services, display customer reviews, or capture leads outside of business hours. Property managers searching “property maintenance Gold Coast” were finding their competitors instead.
What I Built
A purpose-built website focused on one thing: getting the phone to ring.
- Services Showcase — Clear breakdown of every service offered: lawn care, garden maintenance, pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning, handyman repairs, pre-sale property prep, and regular maintenance packages. Each service has its own section with description and pricing guidance.
- Reviews & Trust Signals — Prominent display of customer reviews and testimonials. For trades, social proof is the biggest conversion driver. Property managers especially want to see reliability evidence before trusting someone with their portfolio.
- Direct Quote CTA — Every page has a clear call-to-action for requesting a quote. Phone number displayed prominently (click-to-call on mobile). Simple quote request form with service type selection.
- Service Area Pages — Location-specific content for Gold Coast suburbs: Robina, Mudgeeraba, Burleigh, Palm Beach, Surfers Paradise. This targets “property maintenance [suburb]” searches.
- Mobile-Optimised — Property managers and homeowners searching on the go need a fast, clean mobile experience. The site loads in under 2 seconds on mobile and puts contact options front and centre.
The Result
UpKeep Co now has a professional online presence that positions them as the go-to property maintenance provider on the Gold Coast. The site converts visitors into quote requests through clear service information, visible trust signals, and frictionless contact options. Property managers can quickly assess capabilities and get in touch — exactly the workflow they need when managing multiple properties.
