Using this website
This MWeb Digital website does not include advertising or behavioural analytics. The enquiry form on our Start page creates a draft in your browser. It does not submit the contents to a server, and the draft is not stored after you leave or refresh the page.
Choosing to contact us
If you open the email link, your email application handles the draft. You choose whether to send it. Information you send to MWeb Digital can include your name, contact details and the information you provide about your project. We use it to respond to the enquiry and discuss the work.
Campaign enquiry forms
Some campaign pages have a form that sends an enquiry directly to our server. These forms are labelled with a send or submit action. We store the enquiry and use our email delivery provider, Resend, to send notifications and any acknowledgement. This is separate from the email-draft composer on our Start page.
Information sent through those forms may include your contact details, message and the page or campaign that referred you. Service providers may process this information outside Australia. Contact us to ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern.
Website delivery
Hosting and network providers process technical request information needed to deliver the site and its media. The film is loaded only when you choose to watch it. The interactive network runs in your browser.
