My background is in operations: understanding how the pieces fit, where work gets stuck and what makes something useful. That perspective shapes the way I design and build.
I like understanding a business before deciding what to make for it. What do people come to you for? What do they struggle to understand? Where does a good enquiry get lost? Those questions shape the words, the interface and the systems behind them.
