BEFORE WE GET STARTED

A few good
questions.

What working together involves, what we need from you and how the practical decisions get made.

Clarity before
commitment.

Every business starts in a different place. These answers explain the approach; your proposal sets the specific agreement.

Where should we start?

Digital Foundation brings the website and identity together. Customer Journey Systems improves enquiry handoffs. Website & Systems Care looks after the setup you already rely on.

How do you price the work?

We agree the problem, deliverables and acceptance checks, then provide a proposal. Implementation, third-party costs and recurring care are identified separately. Migration quality, integrations, content readiness and support requirements affect the scope.

How long does a project take?

The schedule follows the agreed scope, content, access and review needs. We identify client decisions and third-party dependencies before committing to dates. A focused connection and a full rebuild need different plans.

What do you need from us?

A person who can make decisions, a clear view of the current process, approved content and access to the agreed accounts. Access is arranged through appropriate account permissions; do not send passwords in the enquiry form.

Who owns the website and accounts?

The proposal records ownership of commissioned work, account access and handover. Third-party platforms, fonts, software and licensed assets retain their own terms. We make those distinctions visible before work begins.

Do you use AI?

AI may assist research, drafting, development or a scoped workflow. Matt remains responsible for reviewing the work delivered by MWeb. Use of client data and AI within an operational system must be agreed, with review and failure handling appropriate to the task.

Can we keep our tools?

Often. We assess the current website, CRM, booking and other tools before recommending changes. An integration must be supported by the actual platform and account plan.

Do you guarantee leads, rankings or revenue?

No. We agree and test implementation outcomes within our control, such as a working enquiry handoff. Search selection, customer decisions and market performance depend on factors beyond the build. Measurement records its assumptions and gaps.

What happens after launch?

You receive the agreed access and operating guidance. Any ongoing care has defined coverage, checks, support hours, response targets and change allowance. Additional work and third-party costs are agreed separately.

Can you help outside Brisbane?

Yes. We work remotely where the project can be delivered effectively through shared reviews, clear access arrangements and direct communication.

What does a care agreement cover?

We identify the covered systems, checks, support hours, response targets and allowance for changes before care starts. It is not automatically 24/7 or unlimited support. Provider outages, major rebuilds and work outside the plan have a separate path. Response targets describe when we respond; restoration depends on the issue.

What costs can sit outside an implementation project?

Your proposal identifies subscriptions, paid email or SMS, data cleanup, migration volume and ongoing monitoring. We agree these before activation.

How do you report enquiries and bookings?

We distinguish enquiry acceptance, qualification, booking and sales using the records available. Clicking a booking link does not establish an appointment. Offline activity and missing identifiers can leave reporting gaps.
