WHEN THE HANDOFF KEEPS BREAKING

The enquiry arrives.
Ownership gets blurry.

Information is copied between tools, enquiries disappear into email or the next action depends on someone remembering.

Give information a reliable path between people, tools and everyday work, with a clear owner for the next step.

  • 01Existing workflow, access and data mapping
  • 02Scoped CRM configuration and tool integrations
  • 03Bounded automation with human approval where needed
  • 04Acceptance tests, recovery guidance and staff handover

Possible scope. The proposal defines what your project includes.

THE OPERATING FLOW

Map the handoff before automating it.

The useful question is not “can this be automated?” It is who owns each decision, what the tools can reliably do and how the work recovers when something fails.

OPERATIONS AND RECOVERY

A working flow
with someone in charge.

We begin with the tools and process already in place. We identify the specific handoff worth improving, check integration constraints and test both the normal path and the failure path.

Operating instructions, access responsibilities and a recovery path. Ongoing maintenance and third-party costs are agreed. AI appears only where the task, review and limitations justify it.

A few useful
questions.

Do we have to replace our tools?

Not necessarily. Connecting existing tools is often the useful first step. Replacement needs a clear reason.

Can everything be automated?

No. We keep human decisions and approvals where judgement matters, and focus automation on bounded repeatable work.

Can you show which marketing brings customers?

We can connect agreed enquiry and sales events where the tools and data support it. Consent choices, offline activity and missing identifiers create gaps. We explain those limits and distinguish clicks, enquiries, qualified opportunities and recorded sales.

We work best with businesses that already have a clear offer and want their digital experience to reflect it.
